At Chowdhary Gote Wale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer the following Return & Refund Policy for the Products purchased through our website. Please read the policy carefully.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Return: Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in unused and unwashed condition with all tags intact.
- Condition of Return: The product should be in its original packaging and without any visible signs of use, damage, or alteration. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

- Return Shipping Cost: The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the Buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective products).
2. Exchange Policy
- Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are allowed if the product is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped.
- Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please follow the same procedure as the return request, and our team will assist you in processing the exchange.
- Exchange Shipping Cost: If the exchange is due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will bear the shipping cost. In other cases, the Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the exchanged product.
3. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will be processed only if the product is returned in accordance with the Return Policy outlined above. The refund will be issued once the returned product has been inspected and verified by our quality check team.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used by the Buyer at the time of purchase. The refund will be credited to the Buyer’s bank account or payment instrument, depending on the payment method used.
- Partial Refund: A partial refund may be issued for products that do not meet our return conditions (e.g., opened packaging, damaged products, or items without original tags).
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following types of products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Sale or clearance items.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will assist you with either a replacement or a full refund, based on the situation.
6. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the cancellation request is received before shipment, a full refund will be processed.
- After Shipment: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, the Buyer may return the product in accordance with our Return Policy.
